Revaler Spitze - Fine architecture in Friedrichshain Boxhagen

    Project start
      The idea of architectonically sophisticated residences on the last free quarter site of Boxhagen has matured into a comprehensive concept. The project receives the name Revaler Spitze. The property purchase is initiated.
 
 
 
     
    Finalization property purchase
      The complete acquisition of all free properties in the quarter block that is shaped by the Simplon Street, Döring Street, Revaler Street and Helmerderding Street is successfully concluded.
 
 
 
     
    Architectural competition
      Four qualified architecture offices from Berlin participate in a limited proposal for tenders. Stefan Höhne wins with his idea of seven single houses that include three connecting, classically inspired architecture designs.
 
 
 
     
    Public presentation of the master plan
      The responsible planning authorities of the district accompanied the project from the very start. The cooperation results in the successful, public discussion of the master plan created by Stefan Höhne in the building committee of the district.
 
 
 
     
    Sales start building section
      The sales for the 41 apartments in house 1 and house 2 has started. Sales is done directly from the owner without commission.
 
 
 
     
    Construction start building section 1
      The first cutting of sod for the houses 1 and 2 is planned for spring of 2012. The entire building planning is organised in the developer model and is accompanied by the UniCredit as financing partner.
 
 
 
     
    Sales start building section 2
      The sales start for the houses 3 – 7 is planned for autumn of 2012. The architecture of the houses 1 and 2 returns here and is supplemented by the third design; brick building and loft – inspiration: Berlin, Chicago, industrial era. 
 
 
 
     
    Completion building section 1
      Houses 1 and 2 as well as the underground car park shall be finished by the end of 2012. The TÜV Süd will support the buyers during approval in the framework of the accepted quality controlling.
 
 
 
     
    Completion building section 2
      At the end of 2014, the Revaler Spitze shall be completely finished with the completion of the second building section. It will then have provided the proof that modern residential architecture can by all means develop aesthetics and thus timeless beauty.
